The Belvedere Family has been helping and catering to the local Ventura County Community for many years. Our goal is to produce delicious and satisfying meals for groups from 10 up to hundreds of people at an affordable price range.

Service Selection

SERVICE

This service includes a professional staff for set up and clean up, equipment for a buffet line service, catering quality paper goods, utensils and condiments

 

DELIVERY

This service includes catering quality paper goods, utensils and set up.

 

All food is delivered in disposable aluminum containers. (Chafing dishes are available for an additional charge)

 

$200 minimum for delivery.

*There will be additional charges for individual packaging requests

What are your catering needs?

STEPS:

1) Choose your venue where your event will be held.

3) Will you be needing a pick up or "drop-off" delivery?

  • $200 min order for deliveries

  • Delivery fee will vary depending on location

​

4) Will you need chafing dish rentals and setup?

  • We charge 10% setup fee for the equipment rental & setup.

  • Additional fee will occur if we pick up the equipment.

​

5) Do you need service or staff?

  • Service charge based on guest count, menu and time needed

​

6) We need general information before we can provide an initial quote: menu ideas, approx. head count, location, delivery or full service.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We do not provide a "plated" service, buffet only available

  • For every 30-40 guests, you will need (1) server if you are requesting service

  • Gratuity not included and should be given according to the service we provide

  • We do not rent any equipment (excluding chaffers) nor can we be responsible for your rentals

  • There will be additional charges for individual packaging requests
