Party RoomDon't have the time or room to plan a party? Ottavio's offers private rooms for all your party needs. Group sizes may vary from 20 to 60, with options on room settings. Having provided exceptional food and service for over 40 years, we here at Ottavio's can help you plan for your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, birthdays showers,and even business meetings and seminars. We can offer personalized menu up to 4 choices. All entrées include garden salad and rolls. You are charged according to the prices on our lunch or dinner menus, so you can keep things in the price range of your choice. We also can work out inclusive prices for parties if that is your desire. For more information ask for Julie or Alan when you call. We will very happy to help. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHow many does the room hold? Our room holds up to 60 people, Private parties are required a minimum guarantee. Ask us how that works. How soon can I book a party? Anytime! If the room is available it is at your disposal. We require no deposit to hold your date. We will contact you the week of, to confirm up all the details as well as get your guarantee. May we decorate? Yes, you may decorate but nothing can be put on the murals. Do you have a cake cutting fee? Our cake cutting fee is a $1.00 per person, not to exceed $40.00 May we bring our own wine or alcohol? You may bring in your own wine at $9.00 corkage fee per bottle. (Please no magnum). No alcohol may be brought in but we offer many ways to offer cocktails: e.g. No Host, First round hosted, Dollar amount limit, tickets. Is there a room charge? No, there is no room charge, but you are required to meet the room guarantee or whatever number of people you have agreed to bring in with the management. We are flexible in most cases How long do we have the room? We are flexible also, depending on day and time of the party. room is yours for the night. If you have booked a luncheon, we require the room to be surrendered no later than 5:00pm for the dinner crowd. |
